Steyer Super High Gloss Clear Coat Car Lacquer Kit inc. 2K Fast Lacquer Activator – high gloss clear coat for partial or full repaint finishing.
Distinguished for quick drying, high gloss finish, and good mechanical and chemical resistance, which offers durable protection to base enamel.

HARDENER:
2K Fast hardener is generally recommended.
2K Standard speed activator may also be used. It is particularly suitable for fast air dry work and
low bake panel repairs. See Technical Data Sheet reference no. 0306 for more details.

MIXING:
Mix by volume 2 parts of Steyer Super High Gloss Clear Coat Car Lacquer: 1 part Hardener.

FLASHPOINT:
22‘C – 32‘C.

SPRAY PRESSURE:
1.4 30 PSI or 2 BAR spray gun.

GUN SET-UP:
1.2 – 1.4 mm nozzle-compliant spray gun.

APPLICATION:

Spray 2 normal coats with 2 – 3 minutes of flash-off between coats.

POT LIFE:
Approximately 2 hours when using normal hardener combinations
